This customer from Faro, who works from home, would like to charge their electric vehicle without worrying about the values on their bill. They also have a swimming pool at home and are obliged to have a contracted power capacity that implies a higher daily rate charged by the energy provider. They would like to at least reduce the number of kilowatts paid monthly.
The Solution
Our team considered the available space for installation and devised a solution featuring 9 panels, each rated at 415W, paired with a hybrid inverter boasting a capacity exceeding the current requirement. This design enables the customer, to expand the system by adding more panels and potentially incorporating batteries in the future.
Why did they choose us?
I got to know Soren through a client who, in addition to having their solar system installed, received assistance from Soren in applying for the Environmental Fund, resulting in a recovery of €2500 return on investment at the time.
- Technical Excellence: All my questions were answered clearly, and I was able to follow the entire installation process.
- Bespoke Solution: Following an analysis of the needs and consumption in my residence, I opted for a solution that included 9 high-efficiency panels, ensuring the use of quality materials. Furthermore, I have the peace of mind knowing that I can contact the panel and inverter high-quality manufacturer in the future if necessary.
- Credibility: In addition to witnessing previous installations by the company and receiving positive feedback from other Soren customers, the proposal creation process, with detailed explanations of all the steps to be taken, gave me the confidence to proceed. All my questions were answered, even when the team had not yet secured the deal, which unfortunately did not happen with other companies.
Seamless Execution and Remarkable Results
The project was completed without any issues in just 1.5 days. All necessary procedures were properly handled and all communications from the DGEG were received.
The Result
Now, they can charge their vehicle without any worries about a surge in the electricity bill. Furthermore, they have the flexibility to expand the number of solar panels and potentially introduce batteries in the future. What’s particularly satisfying is the notable 80% reduction in operating costs for the pool pump.
